A long term construction deal has been made with the Yellow Hill Hospitality group. They will now cover the construction of the future projects that will be produced by the Artemis group.
The Yellow Hill Hospitality Investments company is part of the global ‘Martijn Coenen Capital Group’ founded in 2020 in the Netherlands. With it’s first presence at a small regional airport,the company has a rich experience in providing the most attractive and welcome environment for travellers, tourists and citizens. They funded hotels, restaurants and leisure places at airports and in nearby towns. And with success, the company won the ‘most attractive tourist magnet election’ in 2020 in Knuffingen itself. Their mission is to invest in real estate and well being of citizens but also to provide it’s shareholders the return on their investment and risk.
